Dental Unit Water

Umpqua Research Company provides water quality monitoring for dental unit water lines. The American Dental Association® recommends that non-surgical dental lines be monitored regularly for heterotrophic bacteria level. In addition to bacterial monitoring, we can provide data for a number of other important water quality parameters including pH, TDS, copper, silver, fluoride, chlorine, and iodine. It is important to note that bacterial biofilms can accumulate quickly in dental water lines. Regular monitoring will help you identify potential biofilm development.
